Lauren began her yoga journey 8 years ago and is now registered as an RYT-200 yoga instructor. Let her introduce herself;

I am a Graduate Holistic Nurse, RYT-200 yoga instructor, Reiki Master Level III and a Health and Wellness Guide. Over the last 8 years, yoga and meditation have helped me achieve the inner peace and deep relaxation I had been seeking and I love sharing this with my class. I believe yoga and meditation are great tools to help us adapt to the stresses of modern living. I know how it is to be sick, stressed, and unfulfilled, and I bring this compassion and understanding to class. My yoga teaching style is very nurturing and I try to help each student find balance in their body, mind and soul. I tend to teach slower-paced classes in order to help us to slow down our fast/busy paces so we can turn our attention inwards. I also focus much attention on our mental health in my classes, as I have much to share from experience on maintaining good mental health 🙂
